Lord, help us to carry our cross daily.

Heal our hearts so that we may carry love rather than hate.

Help us to carry peace rather than strife.

May we carry hope rather than despair.
Remove bitterness so that we may carry your joy.
Help us to be carriers of the good news of the Gospel rather than gossip.
